Flips Dashboard privacy policy

Flips Dashboard is a private tool used by one eBay seller, Code House, LLC, to read its own eBay orders for bookkeeping.

What it reads

With the seller's permission, it reads the seller's own orders from eBay: order numbers, dates, statuses, prices, fees, refunds and the items sold.

What it never collects

It does not read, keep or share buyer names, usernames, email addresses or shipping addresses. These are removed before order details go anywhere.

What it stores

It stores only the seller's own eBay sign-in token, so it can stay connected. Order details are fetched when needed and are not kept by the connector.

Deletion

Because no eBay buyer data is stored, eBay account deletion requests require no action. The seller can disconnect at any time from their eBay account settings.
